Please note that all requests for technical support must be completed through our Customer Support & Services Web (CSSWEB).
The access to CSSWeb require all users to be registered, and your access level depends on your Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreement with Nera Networks.

If you do not have a user you may register for access to the CSSWEB. The access will be given after 1-3 working days depending on your current Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Nera Networks.
Please send email to: csswebuser@networks.nera.no with the following information.
- Full Name. (First, Middle, Last).
- Company Name.
- Your company “Customer Number” at Nera Networks.
The Customer Number is available on all invoices sent from Nera Networks. Contact your finance department to get this information.
- Your company email address.
